n a new development, Mathias Mpuuga, the former Leader of Opposition in Parliament, has launched a vicious assault on Bobi Wine, leader of the National Unity Platform (NUP).
Mpuuga’s vitriolic outburst comes on the heels of his unceremonious departure from his deputy president position at NUP, amid abuse of office and corruption.
Furthermore, Mpuuga’s omission of his significant roles and positions within NUP, including Leader of Opposition, deputy president, and parliamentary commissioner, has been seen as a glaring attempt to rewrite history after he claimed that he was the missing link of the party.
“I know they are missing me, and they cant replace me, at least i am not the one to blame, i am not the one to blame for the failures, abductions, losses and sort of things” Mpuuga said
He added that he was on the front line of demanding for the release of political prisoners, but now, no one is demanding for them, they are all quiet.
Speaking at the event, he revealed the National Unity Platform has no direction, the people who want change are like lions but they are being led by sheep.
